Whipped Ricotta and Honey Crostini

Ingredients

  • 1 baguette (sliced)

  • 250g fresh ricotta

Instructions

  3. Assemble: Spread a generous dollop of the whipped ricotta onto each toasted baguette slice.

  4. Garnish: Drizzle honey over the ricotta. Sprinkle with fresh thyme leaves.

  5. The Finishing Touch: Gently crush the flaky sea salt between your fingers and sprinkle it over the top of each crostini.
